Thank you for the compliment. History was my minor, with a core of African-Americans and the law. We had a Black retired JAG for most of the courses.
I did a latin America course because I could cite in Spanish or Portuguese. I actually became more familiar with the problems, when I took a French in translation-the literature was translated into English. The Prof said that he'd give an A to anybody that could untangle some of the World bank and the International Monetary Fund policies-I turned in 11 6 inch 3 ring binders for my term paper. I got an A- because I focused on IMF and didn't want to do the Sychelles Islands, because the WB and IMF consider the Islands to be part of Australia for funding. of course that made him want it more. tough.
The crap that they put out is incrediable. Like-again the swedes were commissioned by IMF to explore ways to overcome the immediate problem of a housing shortage in Algeria-they recommended that Algeria spend most of its loan money on planting tree seedlings in the Atlas mtns. Then it just keeps getting lots worse and ridiculous.
I used to enter SAP and get the proposition, swedish committee that proposed it and the endorsement by the Bank of England, but then they came up with a computer program for Latin America called SAP, which prevents research. I've seen SAP listed as what you call it, which was the intial name, and then it became known as an agriculture program.
People think that I have these interests because I'm an accountant whatever. I'm not-I'm just mad because so few people ask so few questions and don't care that much about the future of any person any where.

Yeah, did you do much in South American studies? Like you say this is over simplification. SAP-Stragetic Agriculture Plan, as developed by the Swedes and implamented by Wolfson and the World bank destroyed the coops that had been developed for self-sufficiency. To get money, a nation has to promise to export to pay it's bills and go on a true cash economy. People had to pay more to eat corn and wear clothes. The only people it helped were stock brokers. It also caused more cases of malnutrition in women and children, because the man usually drank the money up and got a mistress or another wife, depending on which continent they lived on. Then Daddy Bush dumped tons of below cost corn on Central America and the farmers couldn't make it. Result-big companies now own the family farms- and as you say-there are a lot more things going on.
