I will call asap : D
Ps Im going in June
Well, actually, it's Sunny, warm, dry..much nicer than NYC this time of year.
Ella, I only get back to Taos on the weekends. I'm stuck here in the downtown area of America's 5th largest city during the week. Bree? I've heard of her. Ask her if she's heard of "Remedio".
NYC has hundreds of great restaurants, with several new ones opening up almost every day of the week.
6 years ago, there was a great place on the LES to get "arepas" (something like empanadas), a country cusine from Venezuala.
The quality may have gone down recently, but it might be worth checking out:

I read somewhere that you moved to NYC and were craving N. Mexican food.
Well, they probably don't have good Comida Nueva Mexicana in NYC, but they actually do have some of the best Mexican food anywhere--including Mexico.
Check out Rosa's on the Upper East or West sides.
There are others, with lots of high end food.
Stay away from the low end stuff, unless you enjoy paying $8 for a burrito that is worse than one you can get in NM for $4.
