What in the world were the Marriott folks thinking when they climbed the scaffolding to start painting the Marriott Pyramid? I don't drive along 25 north that often, but my eyes started to ache with one glance at the orange ugliness that's being applied to the decorative border along the top of the building. Have you guys seen this monstrosity?

Last week I got an email from a Channel 7 reporter who had seen my KB rant on here. She was doing a story about the homeowners' experiences with KB, and she wanted to interview me. So she came to my house and interviewed me in the big sandbox across the street. We haven't heard anything from KB, but at least we got our story out. I live in a KB community. I have been in my home four months tomorrow. Recently KB announced that they were leaving Albuquerque but would finish projects here first. That is not the case. The community I live in had a furniture "fire sale", for lack of a better phrase, yesterday in its model homes.
