Missing 6 y/o St Bernard and 1 y/o Golden near Lomas Consitution Carlisle. We returned home from dinner and out dogs were gone. Our Saint scares easily from thunder. We've scoured Hidden, Altura and Twin Parks and no signs. No sign of open gate, nor broken fence. 6 y/o Saints don't jump and squeeze through much, especially in this heat. We are befuddled, upset and concerned. If you have seen either, please contact me.

It's official! I have THE coolest dog in the whole world!! I got a bicycle on Friday and decided this afternoon to see what Jezzy would do if I let her come with me for a bike ride. Keep in mind, this is her FIRST bike ride EVER. She totally blew me away!! She was absolutely PERFECT! She never left the sidewalk, only to cross the street with me. She stayed at my speed the entire time, except to poop. She completely ignored the homeless guy pushing a grocery cart. She completely ignored the barking dog on the other side of the fence. I am so proud of my Belly Button! I love her so much! *smoochy* *smoochy* *smoochy*

hey guys!! Just wanted to let you all know wha was going on @ Bow Wow Blues!!

Dog Washes are a great way for local dog groups to make some extra money for their oranizations AND for you to get your dog washed!!! AND Brushed!!! OMG!!

Here are the Washes booked so far!!!

July 12th Lavender Festival Dog Wash to Benefit AHA (yummy lavender shampoo!!) 11-3pm

July 19th Dog Wash for ABQ Pride!!! 11-3pm

July 26th Dog Wash to Benefit Hershey Kisses (thats the dog's name folks) 11-3pm This is one of my favorite favorite causes!! Hershey is a thereapy dog for Domestic Violence victims and and and (wait for it...) SHE'S A PIT BULL!!! Becasue of Hershey's breed she has to have insurance which is really expensive!! This is a great cause for two reasons, 1 She a therapy dog for people who really need her help AND 2 She's proof the Pittys are wonderful loving dogs!! WE LOVE PITTYS!!

August 2nd Dog Wash for Canine Corps 11-3pm

Just Booked today: (I'm soooo excited about this one!!)

AUGUST 23rd BASSET HOUND RESCUE DOG WASH!!! Not to play favorites (but i do....) But This group is near and dear to my heart because with out Elizabeth and Basset Rescue I would have never found my Basset Elvis!! This is the group's first Dog Wash here at BWBs so show up for this one and make them feel welcome!! Usually they only do one fundraiser a year which just isn't enough for the medical bills that need to keep these hounds happy and healthy.


All Dog Washes include a pre-brushing, washing, dry and final brushing! All the money goes to a good casue and these people work hard for it too so please please be generous with those donations!!!
